1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use YourOpenClaw:

• Account information: name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account
• Billing information: payment details are processed and stored by our billing provider (not stored on our servers)
• API keys: third-party API keys you provide for your instance, stored encrypted at rest
• Usage data: instance status, deployment timestamps, and service interactions

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain your hosted instance
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts)
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the service and fix issues

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security). API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. All connections use HTTPS with TLS encryption. Each user instance runs in an isolated container with dedicated resources.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate YourOpenClaw:

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting
• Billing provider (Stripe / LemonSqueezy): payment processing
• Fly.io: container hosting for user instances
• Google OAuth: account sign-in

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your instance is stopped and data associated with it is deleted within 30 days. Account information is retained until you request deletion. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
